I seek a career path that aligns with my values rather than one that offers status and material gain, and I value my and other's people happiness.
I came a long way in deciding which career path I would want to pursue. Every time I get my hands on new projects, I think I'm gonna do that for the rest of my life, but new projects come up with new roles and I am back to square one. This can be exciting but also stress-inducing because picking just one means letting go of so many others.

I I have always been looking for a path that allows me some independence. I crave opportunities to learn and grow alongside with the people I am helping or surrounded. Only then I finally feel as if I am fulfilling my life’s mission, contributing to the well-being of humanity on a personal level.

My working styles always aim to know that my work helps people with my ideas and creativity.
In the workplace, I tend to thrive when I have opportunities to express my creativity and insight, and I am especially motivated when I know that what I am doing has meaning.
I generally aim to use my strengths for the greater good – I rarely enjoy succeeding at other people’s expense. I always think about how my actions affect others, and my goal is to behave in a way that will help the people around me and make the world a better place through words, pictures, and texts.
