I am at the first stage of my career path building a portfolio and strong reputation, to become Creative Director, which is why self-doxing is important at this stage.

My story on the Internet
As I rarely post or interact on social media my current story on the internet is very short. The person who doesn’t have any significant achievements and clear personality on internet, which I want to change as this is my current reputation in the eyes of all agencies in the country.
Only have one Facebook page about me from the first google page.

Personality Max & ProProfs

According to PersonalityMax and ProProfs 2020, my top intelligences are Visual and Logical.

Visual: This skill helps me to depict a clear picture of ideas and better visualise and execute creative concepts

Logical: To build successful communication campaign creativity and visualization is not enough, critical and logical thinking could bring creative work to a new level.
The Classroom 2020

Out of four learning styles, the most suitable for me would be Theorist and Reflector.
Howard Gardner's Eight Intelligences 2020

Those skills help me to be a better team worker. I realized I had those skills while being an HR leader for the M-lens project. Dealing with human emotions and solving conflicts in the team is vital to keep high team productivity and achieve strong results.
However, have a deep interpersonal intelligence brings some downside such as being indecisive in some situations and cannot make an important decision on my own without being afraid it can upset or angry people in the team.

16 Personality Test

My result from '16 Personality Test' is ADVOCATER, which is accurate based on my experience before.
Advocate Strengths:

From 5 Advocater strengths provided by the test, I have selected the three most relevant strength for me:
-
Creative – I am an idea trigger, and working with creative people brings me mesmerizing joy. Also, undeniably creativity is a big part of the advertising field which I want to pursue in the future.
-
Insightful – The ability to understand people’s true motivations, feelings, and needs allows me to better understand not only my team members but also my target audience. Being able to put myself in their shoes and discover that they need, desire, and motivations is a useful tool when it comes to consumer and customer research.
-
Passionate – I am passionate about everything I do, always strick for the best possible results 'Do what you love and you never work a day'. This straight helps me to be productive and self-motivate myself.

Advocate Weaknesses:

-
Reluctant to Open Up – I value honesty, but I am myself a very private person, which is the reason I do not have high social visibility on the internet. I rarely post or update my social accounts. I find it difficult to open up and be vulnerable about my struggles. This occurs because I think I need to solve my problems on my own or don’t want to burden other people with my issues. I don’t ask for help, I may inadvertently hold myself back or create distance in my relationships. I don't like to admit I can't do something, so I rather waste house to do some assignment than ask for help from my teammates who can do it in 5 minutes, which can procrastinate the delivery time of the project.
-
Avoidance – I tend to solve other members' issues and conflicts in the team. However, when it comes to my personal problems I tend to avoid them as long as possible, which is my biggest weakness because it can affect the overall team spirit, and sooner or later those problems will catch up, resulting in something even worst when it was in the first place.
-
Prone to Burnout – it is a challenge for me to balance my work and self-care & rest, I drive to help others and exhaust myself to get the work done. Going 3 days without sleep to finish the assignment became a usual thing, which usually ends up with not high-quality results due to the lack of energy and sleep.

So, what next?
After taking personality tests, learn about my profile on the Internet and acknowledge my strength and weaknesses, here are my steps to do:

-
Build a stronger social portfolio and online reputation - Improve my visibility on social media by being more active and interactive on social media platforms.
-
Be more open - As a person who has a hard time relying on someone else, working in a team brings a lot of challenges. During the course, I will try to learn how to trust my teammates and do not do it all by myself. I will try to open up at least to my teammates and ask for help if I really need it, admit I do not know and don't waste time.
-
Know when to rest - To make the high-quality work and be more productive, I will take the necessary rest to assure the work delivers at its best conditions.
